Sarah Sadowski is a graduate of the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Prior to completing her M.S. in 2016, Sarah was an intelligence analyst in the Virginia Army National Guard with one tour in Afghanistan. After her deployment, Sarah worked as an instructor and, eventually, program manager for Lockheed Martin, where she gained extensive experience in management, business development, and strategy, as well as training and instructional systems design. For the past three years, Sarah has continued her academic studies in social entrepreneurship, researching ways to leverage business as a tool for peacebuilding in post-conflict environments. Through her work with CRDC, Sarah hopes to support other students and professionals to experience peacebuilding from a new perspective, to see the world through the narratives of diverse people and experiences, and to leverage their talents and skills to effect positive change around the globe.
